The Matrix Unleashed was a multiplayer total conversion for Jedi Academy, starting in 2006 and seemingly ending sometime in 2008. It was set to be based on the Matrix trilogy by the Wachowski-brothers, and was going to include scenes from within the Matrix, as well as the characters, weapons, a new heads-up dispay (HUD), new menus, and hopefully bunches of new moves, an improved melee-system, bullet-dodging/stopping, flying-ability, agent-fighting, and much more.

The mod itself was seemingly very far into development. Sadly, the mod was never completed, and lots of assets that were created have yet to be uploaded. Fragments of the mod can still be downloaded:

The Matrix Unleashed-mod started right after I watched the first and the second Matrix-movie. So it's basically a Matrix-based, total conversion modification for Jedi Academy - MultiPlayer. The mod will include new maps from the Matrix-trilogy, like the Sub Metro, which is accessible in the 'Files' section, and the location where the Burly Brawl took place. A new menu-system is also under construction, and the console-skin is also available for downloading in the 'Files' section. At the time I haven't been too lucky when it comes to models... Mostly because I don't know a thing about modeling myself, and I would REALLY appreciate it if some kind modeler sat down and helped me out. And coders, of course. They are also always welcome to join. So, if you wish to see screenshots of the maps, menus, and the other stuff, then go to the forums. There is this 'Gallery' section here, but they are often outdated, or I don't post all new screenshots there.
